Objectives of the Training & Placement Cell

• Enhance Employability:
  • Provide soft skills, aptitude, and technical training to improve students’ employability.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, and guest lectures on career guidance and personality development.
• Industry Collaboration:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed companies and industry leaders.
  • Facilitate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with corporate partners for internships and placements.
• Internship & Placement Support:
  • Assist students in securing internships and final placements.
  • Conduct campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-ins.
• Career Counseling:
  • Offer one-on-one mentoring and career counseling sessions.
  • Guide students based on their interests, strengths, and market demand.
• Skill Development:
  • Train students in resume writing, interview techniques, group discussions, and communication skills.
  • Keep students updated with current industry trends and technologies.
• Monitoring & Feedback:
  • Gather feedback from employers to continuously improve training programs.
