PASSING EXAMINATIONS

As per Ordinance No. 14 of the B.Tech 4-year degree course of Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University Bhilai, the Passing Examination criteria are outlined below.

BASIS OF MARKS

The performance of a candidate in each semester shall be evaluated subject-wise.

100 marks for Theory
40 marks for Practical subjects
30 marks for Teacher’s Assessment (TA)

Online Examination Form

Students can fill out the online examination form for any semester through CSVTU online examination portal:

Go to the CSVTU Web Site.
Click the Examination Form button on the homepage.
Click the Online Examination Form link.
Login with student credentials.
Click the Exam Enrollment Button.
Select regular or backlog enrollment.
Submit the form and make payment.
Submit the hard copy of the form to the college office.

Online Examination Grievances

Students can raise an exam-related grievance through the CSVTU web portal:

Go to CSVTU Web Site.
Click Student Login on the homepage.
Login with credentials.
Click “Report Technical Issue.”
Fill in details and attach supporting documents.
Submit the form to generate a ticket number.
Track grievance status using the ticket number.

Reservation Policy & Tuition Fees Waiver Scheme

Under this scheme, an additional 5% students will be admitted as per CGPET 2023 guidelines. This intake will be over and above the approved intake. However, the Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) will be applicable only if the number of students admitted exceeds the approved intake.

Reservations for admission to B.Tech, M.Tech, and MBA programs follow the Chhattisgarh State Government's regulations at the time of admission.

Scholarship

GATE scholarship is provided to students who have qualified as per AICTE rules.
